Yes there is a miss england competition, and yes, she is hot ;) Check it out.
The Miss England contest is an annual beauty contest aimed at young women, 17-24 years living in England. Participants must hold a British passport to enter. The contest, title of Miss World organization is organized every year by Angie Beasley, a winner of 25 beauty contests in the 80's and has hosted beauty pageants around the country on behalf of Miss World, including Miss UK Kingdom, United Kingdom, Mr. Miss England, Miss Scotland and Miss Wales. The competition judges often attracts local celebrities and national finals. Many celebrities have also tried to regional competition heats up across the country, including top naked Jordan, who joined the jury of Miss Sussex. The Miss England contest is promoted to thousands of women all over England in the local media through a series of heated area held around the country. News of the World and Take a Break "magazine have sponsored previous contestants over the years, writing articles about the contestants and winners will be used on the covers. Several newspapers including the Daily Mirror, The Times, The Daily Mail and several magazines such as Teen Vogue in New York and Hello! have led to stories of local and national winners. The winner of Miss England, with the winners of Miss Northern Ireland, Miss Scotland and Miss Wales, can compete in Miss World. The biggest competitor for the classification of the four participating countries constituent is then presented with the title and crown of Miss Spain. The 2008 competition is characterized by offering a plus size model Chloe Marshall and military personnel, Katrina Hodge, the first of its kind. Since the beginning of the event that 50 years ago, no owner had come to win any international competition. However, several Misses England had almost secured an international crown of England, placing in the top row to position five times, once in Miss Universe and Miss World twice (as Miss United Kingdom) and Miss Europe.
